2 liters of water per DAY IN ounces? weight loss!?
Im on a diet which just started 10 minutes ago and am drinking 2 litres of water a day
how many ounces is this ?
It says 70 when i look up on google.
The daily reccomendation is 8-10 ounces
Is this right?
So am i drinking a lot of water and is it really good?

The average fluid requirement for an average adult under average conditions of temperature and humidity is 2 to 2.5 litres or 70 to 87 fluid ounces.
As someone on a diet, if you are hoping to succeed in sustaining weight loss, you will also need at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise 5 days a week. This will increase your fluid requirements by 0.5 to 1 litre/day to up to 3.5 litres or 123 ounces/day.
Drinking excess fluid does not increase weight loss.
