BBB is the weight loss necessary?
If a girl aged 17.5-18, weighing 9.5 stone/ 133 lbs and 156 cm/5' 1" tall does little exercise (as in less than twice a week) but eats healthily...would weight loss be necessary or would exercise help make her look slimmer? Is the weight mentioned above a healthy one for the age and height?

it really depends on the person, if they carry alot of muscle then they will weigh alot even if they are not fat. if you have excess fat that you want to lose then the only way is exercise, good diet ie. no staurated fat, no sugary foods, no useless calories. hope this helps
