I've lost some weight this year by going to the gym and doing pilates daily...now that I'm not at school for the holidays, I dont have access to the gym...I'm wondering how many times a week I have to work out (in addition to keeping a very good healthy diet) to stay in shape and not gain back the weight?

To maintain, do a half hour a day, three days a week. Since your metabolism is already accustomed to being active, if you do less than that, you may start to slip. Keep up the good work!
