okay so im 5'7 and im 160 pound and im not sure how much weight i need to lose i just want to lose my stomach and love handles and my arm flab so about how many pounds do i need to lose?????????
and i have a plan here it goes...
walk 2 miles and run 1 mile everyday
and
do arm exercises with dumbbells
3 different exercises 3 sets of 10 reps for each
and
about 6 minutes of ab exercises on my ab machine ( the ab lounge)
and only eat about 1,200-1,500 calories a day
and drink 8 cups of cold water
so is that good?????
how fast will i lose weight?????

that sounds good, but lifting dumbbells won't make you lose weight, you need to lose weight before you start shaping any real muscle.
