Try cutting your food intake by half. If you were going to eat a whole potato, just eat half of it.. if you were going to eat a McDonald's meal, eat only half of it.. etc. Also drink a lot of water, and if you don't like working out, walk at least 20 minutes 2 or 3 times a day. Celery is a great fat burner... get it in a juicer and drink 8oz of juice first thing in the morning :o)
